All you need is some washi tape and a good chunk of time. To get the full details on how to create the same pattern below check out Everything Emily Blog.

Tips and Tricks:

  1. Keep storage units, shelves, and desks at child's height. This will help to make the room feel more like theirs and promote organization since they will be able to put away all of their toys themselves.
  2. Add fun nightlights or glow in the dark stars on the ceiling to help get your little one excited for bedtime. And imagine their excitement if you let them help put up the stars up too!
  3. Get their creative juices flowing by adding an art center, corner, wall or table. Don't forget about creating a display area for all of their beautiful art pieces! Have fun with it and create a gallery on the wall or hang them up on some string.
  4. Custom paint some old furniture with a bright color and get your child in on all the fun. Ask them to go with you to pick out their favorite shade and maybe even help design their own pattern to make it their own creation.
